
Account Executive - Chicago
This is an Inside Sales position where the appropriate candidate will generate interest in the services of the company and set meetings for field account team members so that they can propose, sell, and ultimately deliver our services.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop client relationships through telephone prospecting, email marketing, and industry networking to generate interest in the company’s services and create new relationships with prospective client organizations.
- Identify specific contacts within prospective law firms and enter these contacts into company’s sales automation system. Contacts may be identified through research on the firm’s web site and other industry directories. Additional contact information may be found through research systems published about the court systems at a federal, state, and local level – these include PACER, Courtlink, etc.
- Identify cases and other dispute actions through industry research, conversations with prospective clients, networking with industry contacts or partners, and other prospecting means. Enter these cases and actions into the company’s sales automation system.
- Set meetings with prospective clients that will be attended by the account team and / or other company personnel.
- Set and create group presentation and seminar opportunities which will allow the company’s consulting teams to position themselves as industry experts.
- Comply with all administrative reporting requirements
- Attend periodic position, office, or company meetings and training sessions.
Goals:
- Increase and develop client lists and contacts
- Meet quota expectations on the number of newly identified cases on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis which are set by Regional Vice President.
- Achieve quota for meetings with prospective clients as set by Regional Vice President.
- Maintain metrics and records that allow management of individual and position performance.
Requirements:
- Sales and telephone prospecting skills
- Strong communication skills – oral and written
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at multiple levels within an organization
- Aptitude to comprehend complex information
- Abstract reasoning skills
