Freelance Interactive Designer - Boston
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced freelance Interactive Designer to help our team. Working under the supervision of the Design Director and Project Managers, you will be responsible for designing and programming informational and instructional interactive presentations.

Your design, programming, and problem solving abilities will be used to communicate complex information in a clear, effective and persuasive manner, and will be critical to the ultimate success of our clients.
Requirements:
The qualified candidate should have 3-4 years experience designing and developing Flash based interactive content using ActionScript 2.0 and XML. You should have a clear understanding of best-practice development using Flash ActionScripting, as well as, proficiency with basic design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
The ideal Designer must also have excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills. Formal design education with user interface, instructional, and information design skills are required.
